Sandberg Phoenix Welcomes Benefit Bump to Suite of Employee Benefits

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (September 20, 2021) – The addition of Sandberg Phoenix’s Benefit Navigation Support Program, Benefit Bump, is the latest perk the legal firm is offering to members. The benefit takes effect on September 20th and is available to all members.

Chief Human Resources Officer, Mary Jennings, explained the firm’s commitment to the expansion of their women’s and diversity committees’ initiatives, coupled with feedback from members during the pandemic and balancing work from home with personal responsibilities created the need for the expanded benefit.

Jennings adds, “BenefitBump ensures our members will understand all of the benefits available to them and receive emotional support during their journey to parenthood.”

Sandberg Phoenix remains committed to a comprehensive approach to benefits. BenefitBump enhances the firm’s Welcome to the Family Program, which includes generous paid parental leave for members.
