Tim Tevlin joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2017 and brought with him significant experience in a wide range matters involving products liability and personal injury claims, business disputes and insurance litigation. Tim focuses on defending high exposure products liability claims, consumer product warranty lawsuits and various business disputes involving corporate organization and shareholders in state and federal courts. Tim also defends civil rights claims against a variety of healthcare providers in the correctional setting.
100% of Tim’s practice is devoted to litigation. As a member of the firm’s Products Liability and Business Litigation groups, Tim strives to provide thorough and professional legal services in order to maximize efficient defensive plans, from pre-suit claims investigations through trial. His work is focused on taking each client’s perspective in handling matters in order ensure the best possible outcome in every case.
Outside of the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, twin boys and assorted pets. A lifelong competitor, Tim remains active on the soccer field and proudly supports St. Louis teams at all levels of the game.
