Stephen is an Associate in the firm’s St. Louis office and is a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group. Stephen has developed a successful practice representing individuals and businesses in commercial litigation matters and additionally focuses on representing insurers in insurance coverage and bad faith defense.
Stephen joined the firm in 2018 and serves as a member of both the Associate Development Committee Board and the Recruiting Committee. Stephen was also a Summer Associate with the firm in 2017.
Outside of the office, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and dog. He is additionally a passionate supporter of the Cardinals, Blues, and the Missouri Tigers.
Obtained summary judgment in Missouri state court on issue of whether single vehicle accident which resulted in the drowning of two people triggered multiple occurrences under a Commercial General Liability policy and an additional $1 million in coverage. The court found in our client’s favor and ruled there was only a single occurrence under the policy and a single $1 million limit of coverage.
