Michael joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2023 as a member of the Business Litigation practice group. Through patience and perseverance coupled with an understanding of the complexities, nuances and needs of each client and dispute, Michael has achieved success as both a litigation and business attorney.
In business litigation, Michael represents clients in a wide variety of matters with a focus on real estate disputes and complex litigation.
In addition to his litigation work, Michael uses his experience to provide clients practical and comprehensive counsel, helping clients strategize and achieve their business goals. Michael advises clients through:
Prior to Joining Sandberg Phoenix, Michael was an associate in the litigation department of a boutique regional law firm. During his undergraduate education, Michael worked as a research scientist for a bio-tech start-up, performing research relating to micro-biological and biochemical products and their applicability in crop sciences.
Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and his two dogs - Mildred and Bear. Michael spends his free time fly-fishing, playing chess, and preparing intricate meals. Michael also sits on the board of the Gateway Chapter of Trout Unlimited, which is a non-profit organization focused on the conservation of cold water fisheries.
