Alisha joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2023 and is a member of the firm’s Business practice group. She focuses her practice advising private and public healthcare companies, long-term holding companies, private equity sponsors and venture capital firms in a range of transactional, corporate, and securities matters in the healthcare technology, ambulatory surgical center, dental and vision spaces.
Alisha works with her clients to assess tax, real estate, and health regulatory issues for specialists. She also has experience drafting and reviewing purchase agreements, employment agreements, bills of sale, assignment and assumption agreements, transition services agreements and continuity agreements.
Outside of the office, Alisha enjoys exploring St. Louis restaurants and neighborhood festivities with her dog and husband.
