Kevin M. Smith

Kevin joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2024 as counsel in the firm's Business Practice Group. Kevin's clients rely on him to provide a wide range of business-focused legal solutions during all stages of growth. As part of his venture capital practice, he advises entrepreneurs, startups and high growth companies throughout their life cycles, helping clients raise capital, execute acquisitions and divestitures and comply with regulatory requirements. Additionally, Kevin has extensive experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions ranging in size from $1 million to $700 million.

Prior to joining Sandberg Phoenix, Kevin was an associate at two international law firms.
