Teresa Manzo Straatmann

Teresa joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2024 and brings with her 16 years of experience in default servicing, specializing in resolution of real estate title defects.  She is now a member of the Business Litigation practice group where she continues work in default servicing and also handles an array of other litigation work on matters in Florida, Illinois, and Missouri.

In her spare time, Teresa enjoys being active and spending time with her husband and dogs.
