Andrew joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2023. He is a member of the Products Liability practice group. Andrew’s practice is concentrated on civil defense litigation, including the representation of individuals, corporate entities, and insurance carriers in state and federal court. Andrew focuses on premises liability, trucking and transportation liability, construction law, and insurance law, defending clients at all stages of litigation, including pre-suit investigation and strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation and trial.
Andrew has been able to quickly garner experience preparing his clients for the litigation process including drafting and responding to written discovery and preparing and producing clients and expert witnesses for depositions. He has had the opportunity to defend and cross examine various experts including, but not limited to, medical doctors, life care planners, rehabilitation specialists and accident reconstructionists. He has developed an in depth understanding of medical billing practices, including utilization of medical liens which allows him to conduct a thorough and more realistic case evaluation and assess underlying biases with opposing expert opinions.
Andrew has engaged in motion practice, including preparation of dispositive motions, that have effectuated early case resolution.
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing golf, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues, City SC, and Kansas City Chiefs.
