Emily joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2021 and is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group. She concentrates her practice on insurance coverage, business and personal injury litigation, and defending employers in employment discrimination and wrongful termination litigation, including EEOC and parallel state administrative matters.
Emily has over eight years of litigation experience and has achieved successful results for her clients inside and outside the courtroom.
When she is not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her friends and family, kayaking when the weather permits, and is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan.
