Effective January 1, 2015, minimum wage employees in Missouri will get a 15 cent raise due to the this year’s 1.8% inflation rate on the Midwest CIP-W index. The new minimum wage for Missouri employees will be $7.65 per hour. Revised mandatory posters will be made available by the Missouri Department Labor Standards upon the effective date.
